review

I was looking forward to Patrick's Alternative Miss World competition last Saturday night. I even changed my jeans twice and got my hair cut! But it seems I arrived too late!

No matter. Instead I rediscovered the delights of Liverpool's best kept secret - upstairs at the Postie. So many pretty people packed into such an intimate space... yum! The Poste House on Cumberland Street was full to bursting with pleasantly inebriated (mostly straight) OAPs downstairs, but upstairs was a very different story. Young, lovely and as queer as you like!

A word of warning though. The trebles bar has brought many a night to a rather premature end...
