The Masquerade Bar has to be one of the best places to see in the New Year. With free entry and a really friendly atmosphere it’s always full to bursting.

This year was no exception and it was particularly difficult to navigate our way through the throng - no complaints though, we met some lovely people along the way!

The midnight hour didn’t arrive with as big a bang as intended as unfortunately the there was somewhat of a malfunction with the monster party poppers - but to be honest, most people were too busy snogging to notice!
